SHC Photography

For Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) I oversaw the production and post-production teams at the photo and video studio. The photo teams create imagery for Sears.com and Kmart.com, printed advertisements and seasonal campaigns. In addition, the team service non-SHC clients. I led the process architecture for all workflows within the studio, including online, print, and project photography. On a day-to-day basis, I approved project approaches and cost estimates, mitigate issues during the production process, and reviewed all project assets before they were released for client review.
